In 1971, in Army basic training, we had turkey all the time. We ate turkey loaf. It was cooked in various ways, but still, turkey loaf. It looked like nefarious dog food.
To this day, I’ll eat regular turkey meat, but never turkey loaf.(I don’t know if it’s still sold)
