I think the plan is: Trump/Musk carry out ridiculous/illegal acts, Trump nominate unqualified election deniers/loyalists. Knowing courts will block them but planning to ignore TROs. Make citizens so mad they take to the streets in protest, giving Trump the reason he wants to declare martial law.
