May Be Writing
@hrbw.bsky.social
Just a guy trying to write a novel and some short stories.
The fact Libertarians are occasionally right is not evidence their ideology is not useless or hypocritical.

Hahaha.

I never stated my reasons for learning foreign languages. I stated I was inspired by the Bad Bunny performance to include Spanish in my studies.

Hahahahaha. You are entertaining.

I will shame any imbecile who calls my decision to learn Spanish as "excessively woke." It doesn't matter where that imbecile comes from.

Your ignorance doesn't stem from your nationality or ethnicity. It stems from your inability to think properly and your preconceptions and assumptions that negatively impact your ability to read and write.

I have not given you any lessons. I have simply pointed out your failures.

It seems you read things I did not write. This may, in part, explain your inability to write proper English sentences.

I am sorry. You are right. I shouldn't learn another language. Weak-minded imbeciles who do not understand how to properly construct sentences may mistake my intellectual endeavors as being "woke."

Can you ever forgive me for being curious, engaged, and brilliant?

Thanks for the recommendations. Gracias. This is helpful. Watching shows have helped me with Dutch. I am excited to get into Spanish music.

Your dad saw the same joy I saw. It inspired me to learn Spanish. 4 hours down, 746 more to go.

Something people seem to miss here is that being asked for ID on a train, which doesn't happen, doesn't come with the threat of being thrown into a concentration camp if one fails to show the proper ID.

Good analogy demonstrating the absurdity of the claim.

But being asked to show your ID in a bank doesn't carry the same weight as law enforcement throwing you into a concentration camp for the failure to have your ID.

Int'l law is more about customs, principles, agreements bc there are few int'l-to-nat'l enforcement mechanisms. (e.g., while the US may agree w/ some int'l courts, those courts' decisions are subject to nat'l court review).

I found the principle:

That is not my area of expertise. But my understanding of international law tells me that a nation has the jurisdiction to protect its citizens with its own laws. I am sure Trump would sell out the murderer, even though he is MAGA, for a song too. And since MAGA shows it accepts all Trump does...
