Years ago I used to make custom plushes to help our son with his YouTube channel. I think these are still the ones I'm most proud of - Shiverians from Super Mario Odyssey. Hand-sewn, made out of 50¢ felt sheets and an old sweater. No pattern, just guesswork.

Fun fact - Marjorie Taylor Greene will have been a member of congress for five years on January the 3rd. At that point she becomes eligible for the full congressional pension at 62. She’s retiring on January the 5th. Freaking coincidence, huh.

We cancelled our family membership a few weeks ago. I was using it every single day so definitely feeling the loss. Been trying out Tidal as a replacement. So far feeling like it's about 80% as useful. It doesn't have all my songs :( and does have confusing UX for some tasks.

We cancelled our family membership a few weeks ago. I was using it every single day so definitely feeling the loss. Been trying out Tidal as a replacement. So far feeling like it's about 80% as useful. It doesn't have all my songs :( and does have confusing UX for some tasks.
As seen further down the thread, 46.5% of all people booked into detention (from all sources) had no record.
NEW: ICE has finally released post-shutdown detention data. The latest data reveals that a full 40%(!) of people arrested in the interior and held in ICE detention have no criminal record; no criminal charges or prior convictions. That is up from just 4% when Trump took office.

I just can't get over how beautiful the northern lights are tonight!! They have been going for 4 hours and are still so vibrant! And this is from our front porch, with no effort to control for light pollution, just using the night sight phone setting. Visible without that though too! 😍

I'm beyond furious at them, giving up their leverage for nothing. What little hope I had is lost.
If only we had a more responsive system of governing. Hoping we can vote these people out many years from now is not it.
