Cis people will never know what it's like to have a regular chat with a medical professional and have it written up like this Re: Shon Faye - D.O.B: 27/03/1988 NHS No: I met with this open, thoughtful and intelligent male-to-female transgender author of political nonfiction on 17/11/25 for an assessment via Zoom. Ms Faye is 37 years old, was assigned male at birth, and appears to have made a successful social and medical transition. She is accepted by all around her as female. She presented today in, what was to my eyes, an unmistakably feminine fashion. She has met several of my colleagues previously who have documented a full history,
