Okay so I found the Grove of the Burnwillow style cards for Mono Red in commander. Bounty Board also lets you remove creatures and buy back Punishing Fire immediately if i understand this right. Collapsing Borders lets you buy back your Punishing Fire on each opponents upkeep.

One more card from #mtgtmnt for me to consider for Kros. Probably a no go as a 4 drop with low pay off in the deck but worth considering.

So I started doing FNM magic around Time Spiral. I went into play a FNM with my Zombies deck and was told that it was banned and I got really upset cuz that was what I planned to do that day but I went to the counter and bought the "Fun with Fungus" starter deck and this became MY DECK for years.

I absolutely love the Stygian Guard and specifically Tethys since he acts as a Mana Discounter meaning with Offering Tokens and Deep Offering you effectively end up with a Storm Deck in Monster Train

Hell yeah! Finally completed a fun Spellslinger run of Monster Train 2!
Tethys and the wax people with Pyre of Dominion for early drafting.
This kind of run is about trying to get enough draw power to consistently work through your deck.
Copying an Eternal Deep Offering last minute made it work

But Chainer wasn't my first favorite, that would be this idiot right here Sol'kanar. I cant remember if I owned a copy or if my friend did but like this was the coolest looking guy and the fact that he gained life for playing black spells was AWESOME.

I imagine almost every older Magic player had a phase where they were practically swooning over Chainer. This was the coolest looking legendary human of his time and might still take that position now, also for commander that is a powerful ability.

Yall after all the work of having both engine pieces in play AND Flame Jet in hand AND Anarchist on board........ why not just cycle anything to flicker my Pardic Arsonist and bolt you on top of shocking you, effectively adding a 1 mana Lava Axe to any cycling.

The budgetized version im building is probably going to fall flat a lot, but that is how it goes with budget versions of a deck. Like I have a lot more slides than a normal Wrifter deck which has me considering cards like Anarchist and Pardic Arsonist as my own budget wincon. Bolting on cycle good

I mean its a ton of pieces but man imagine assembling Anarchist, Slide, Rift, and Flamejet and just paying 3 to repeatedly Shock your opponent and/or their dudes in #mtgpremodern.

I am super excited for this #mtgpremodern Wrifter deck I saw a few times on neon mushroom's channel, lightning rift is sick and I kinda love astral slide. Eternal Dragon being an unlimited supply of Shocks is so cool!

Well I've done it, I bought into yet another format with my own version of Wrifter by which I mean I removed all the cards that cost over $3 and replaced them with more cycling trash. But the dagon is eternal and shall provide for me.
Also one copy of Rune of Pro white because fuck angels.

All three of your big storm cards are MV=>4 so they untap the spider and like... Fireblast is 6 CMC, Foil is 4 CMC, Deep Analysis is 4 CMC and can be cast twice. Snuff out is 4 CMC.
