Thank you Sian, true humanity. Efforts like yours are helping some people to avoid suicide & self harm by giving hope. The UK is of course already being sued by me in Strasbourg over the misconceived, deeply flawed Supreme Court judgment & the UK is under a genocide red flag warning, shamefully.

That's why we are starting a new social media campaign: to platform women's voices and to show that the real threat is not migrants, refugees or trans people.
Join us on Saturday September 27 at 8pm for our online launch meeting.

A sad fact is that inciting hatred of trans people is still legal in the UK (as you correctly state, incting hate crime is illegal) - but absent trans people being equal citizens under the law the loophole remains.

A reminder of the reality: the UK is now back in breach of the Goodwin case, and we are in the year 2002. Its still the law of the land. It is superior law to the Supreme Court. It is the inevitable destination of this current massacre of civil rights.

Our friends at TACC have discovered yet more evidence of shocking EHRC cover-up. An FOI request reveals that the EHRC is not planning to publish a report on its public consultation until AFTER its new Code of Practice has gone all the way through Parliament, and is a “done deal”.

When the new Code is laid in Parliament, MPs will have 40 days to carefully scrutinise and evaluate it. But how can they carry out this important Parliamentary duty without any insight into the public’s 50,000+ submissions to the EHRC’s obligatory consultation?

MPs will have no idea whether the EHRC integrated any of those stakeholder responses into its finalised Code – or ignored them entirely.

Luckily, TransActual and TACC anticipated exactly this problem. They asked individuals and organisations to share their EHRC public consultation submissions with them.

The result was a massive 10-volume dossier, which we have delivered directly to the heart of Government.

Any MP who genuinely wants to know the questions, fears and concerns the public have raised about the EHRC’s new Code doesn’t need to sit in the dark while the EHRC conceals its report until it is too late.

They simply need to go to the offices of Equalities Ministers Bridget Phillipson and Nia Griffith, and ask to read the completely uncensored submissions already in their possession.

No surprises here but at least people are speaking. A whole load of stuff follows once the dam breaks & the EHRC Guidance for trans exclusion is announced amid what is already de facto a range of bans of trans people from everyday life. Its about womens' bodies.

6 months to acceptance or not then say 5-6 years till hearing. Say 6 months for judgment, unknown years before a government is elected willing to implement if we win. So... more like 10 years. At age 56, nearly, Im unlikely to be coming home ever. But cases impose political pressure, thats faster.

In the 90s m and s were the opposite of that. They proactively employed trans people and proactively welcomed us as customers. This is of course why they are targets now, but its also why their passivity is its own indictment.

Im not. They have a legal department. They have a press department. Any business works leap to its own defence if maligned. What is clear is that just as they haven't denied it, they haven't positively stood up and opposed it and asserted their inclusiveness. The silence is notable.
