Requiring trans people to always use third spaces is a form of segregation (which is crappy)

However, this Ponds case is addressing a more general point which is: “is it really now unlawful for service providers to be trans inclusive even if they want to and even if their customers want this?“

I’m trying to put together a report for a thing and I needed this to reference and had put in an FOI request to the EHRC for it, but who knows when I would’ve heard back from them!

@garethlpowell.bsky.social's Who Will You Save? is great collection of stories, and each one had me eager for the next. Some of my faves are "Entropic Angel", "Six Lights Off Green Scar", "Apprehension Sands", and "What Would Nicolas Cage Do?" Highly recommend and extra excited now for Jitterbug.

ps Parkrun, as a non-competitive sporting event, doesn’t even come under the EqA provisions, which are for competitive sport only. 🙄
