the amount of spoons my body/mind/health gives me doesn't match what my Ideals ask for so sometimes i worry all the time about "not being enough" or about not giving "enough" interaction to/ my friends. i didnt realize that's why i stopped making friends at an early age. like it all makes sense now😭
