Anyone have any suggestions on avoiding or scaring off squirrels when biking on trails? Lots of close calls and came across one that I think had been hit.

If youre sweatier, angrier, with higher BPM after covid get your thyroid checked. I assumed it was psych related but the timing points to covid maybe causing hyperthyroidism, which is more common than I thought. Finally got an EKG and more blood work today
