A formal announcement about what's been happening with me, and the status of Anime Abandon.

Dementia sucks.
In the summer of 2024, my father was diagnosed with dementia. Due to plans changing over the nature of his care, the family and I decided that I would be his caretaker for as long as I am able. Because of this, I have moved back to America, and am in the process of trying to get my wife a green card. On top of all of this, I am also back in school, learning a new trade in the health care field. Needless to say, this has eaten up all of my time, and it's becoming clear to me that I must put Anime Abandon to rest. I do not want to leave AA where it is, though, and I will be making a proper final episode. However, I cannot for the life of me tell you when that will be. I still want to make videos, and have had plans for years to make videos about non-anime subjects. Maybe one day, I will have more free time to actually do that. But family comes first. I will try to make a vlog, formally announcing all of this on the YouTube channel, making sure that everyone is aware of what is happening with me. I am proud of what I accomplished with Anime Abandon, and more than that, I am proud of the fans that I managed to gather along the way. You all have been the kindest, most supportive, patient, and generous fans that anyone on YouTube could ever ask for. This isn't goodbye, this is just a "see you later".
