Other good candidates would be Carmack, HuggingFace*, Mistral*, and practically anyone still on the academic side.

* asterisks because there’s a nonzero chance that the principled people get pushed out by investors.

The existing PWA is a reminder why PWAs aren’t really an alternative to native mobile apps.

I think there’s a difference between “this PR is vibe coded and I roughly eyeballed it to check it’s ok” vs “Some of this code is AI-generated but I’ve reviewed and tested literally every line”

I've tried to embrace the Spanish siesta before, but that doesn't work either. It just leaves me feeling sluggish for the rest of the day.

A good night's sleep just isn't really optional any more!

Totally unnecessary, every time I disrupt my sleeping patterns it makes me useless for days.

Hunyuan World Mirror is actually very fast for a small number of images, but I have a 2 minute video I'd like to try and convert to a splat, I'm not sure there's any hardware that could actually run that model with a video that size.

pytorch3d is notoriously finicky about exact dependencies but I don't know what's going on with Lightning, it comes with a single conda environment that seems to hate literally everything I throw at it.

I'm giving up and going back to Colab for this one.

The general concept probably isn’t unique to Reddit, Twitter hashtags, YouTube Live, Twitch, even radio/TV all had some form of live Q&A. Works best on Reddit bc good questions float/stick to the top, and they (probably) had a marketing team actively scouting for celebs/politicians.
