This is what "autumn" looks like here in Dallas, Texas.
The trees go from being green to being a sickly yellow-ish green, and then they just fall off. No beautiful orange and gold trees.
Everything is green and then it's dead.

Tried to find this again and I found my memory was more generous than reality, so I decided to do it again.

I saw an armadillo this morning as I was coming in to work!
I think I know who's responsible for all these little holes popping up in the grass...
