I have a feeling that if Katie Wilson were coming off a 4 year CM term, the goalposts would move and she would still be deemed 'unqualified'.

The true intent comes through when calling her a "college school dropout" or bashing her work history for not being white collar enough.

Transit App bike directions are the best.

Looking forward to hearing more from you about this "misappropriation of credentials"

I imagine the Seattle Times would not accept this submission if it were a complaint about the loud boos against the opponent at *any* Seahawks game.

Feeling cute, might print out a 100 of these and staple them over the complaints.

Jalen Carter taking notes from Luis Suarez.

Now if only MLS could take notes from the NFL.
An iPhone notification saying: Eagles star Jalen Carter was ejected for spitting on Cowboys QB Dak Prescott before the first snap of the season.

When are they allowed to overturn decisions without going to the monitor?

Not to beat a dead horse, but it’s inane that they’re leaving the 5th Ave gap untouched here.

You can see the converse of this with the CFL’s Edmonton Elks. It was a relatively well-received name change that has its popularity wane recently due to bad on-field performance.

I’ve wanted an escalator up the QA counterbalance since I met it. I’ve always assumed it was an accessibility + cost of maintenance thing.

I didn’t know escalators like that were so rare though.

Saw an Orca for the first time today :)

Pretty cool place we live in
A black fin breaching the water in Puget Sound, an Orca far from the camera.

I vote the aggressive strategy on implementation. All those single lane streets with parking on both sides would greatly benefit from lower speeds and ped priority.

Queen Anne Boulevard, with its long stretches without sidewalks, is also a prime candidate, seeing as it’s a park and all.

Are you meant to turn left from that bike lane in the first picture? Or cross at the crosswalk?

Because god knows I am not riding up the counter balance lmao

(I normally take Taylor, would love to find a good “west” route up if you have any recs)

RETVRN

(Pine used to be car free, right?)

What about nostalgia for making an illegal left turn? Or preserve a decrepit swimming pool via landmark designation? Or nostalgia for street parking?

We use nostalgia all the time to preserve "neighborhood character", how does that fit in?

Can't wait to hear him advocate for tearing down the West Seattle Bridge, seeing as it only serves motor vehicles.

Ok, but a "rear mini fridge"???

If cars had to drive near those things, they'd be designated DFOs

Uh, he should hear from the car-owning residents of SF lol.

All I *ever* hear from them is how it's impossible to park anywhere.

There's an *illusion* of plenty of street parking because every street has it, so people drive, yet somehow there's never enough!🤔

Car pervasion is a disease.

Our very next MLS home game is next Saturday at 1:30pm against LAFC :)

That's weird. I was charged $24 for my tickets, and the tickets in my section start at $35.
