Allegedly, Tommy Robinson is complaining that his latest trial will not be judged by 'his peers'.
He is being tried in magistrates court - max sentence of 2 years if guilty.
He can legally choose trial by jury at Crown Court - max sentence 14 years.
I wonder why he didn't choose jury trial...

Inset day one: AI is a priority in my school because everyone says it should be a priority.

No one in SLT seems to be aware of any research regarding it.

Race hate.

I feel truly heartbroken today. My Chinese takeaway,
which has been serving this community for more than
10 years, was vandalized with hateful graffiti telling us
to "go home."
This is not just paint on the wall - it is blatant
discrimination, and it hurts deeply
The police are already following up on this incident. If
anyone has seen anything or knows who did this,
please contact us
We work hard every day to serve our customers with
love and dedication. I believe our community is
stronger than hate, and 1 hope everyone will stand
together against this kind of behaviour.

There used to be a time when politicians (and I use the term very loosely in this case) would be kept honest by the press.

Now journalists are just banned when the politician can't cope with the scrutiny.

We have a culture of people voting on personality or because that's who their parents voted for. Very rarely does anyone have a solid idea of what the person they're voting for actually stands for. Not that it matters what they stand for in the world of party politics and whips...

Call me a cynic, but is he preposing that the UK reward countries that force citizens to flee their own homes by paying them to take them back and continue tormenting them?
