You can literally use this argument to justify anything. Breaking a leg isn't that bad, some people have broken their spines and have been paralyzed cause of it. Bullshit. Both are bad just like homicide and attempted murder are bad. one may be objectively worse but it does NOT cancel out the other.

That's a story for another day. I think the fact it took three days for someone to check on this poor soul contradicts your claim that she was given the best treatment, but what do I know about elder care. As you know this is an infinite paradox. There will always be a worse circumstance.
