it still feels safer to have data about my political views tracked and harvested by a regular profit driven social media corporation rather than letting a nazi with unelected govt power have free access to that data (not that we're really safe anywhere online though)

i think there's still a difference in the risk levels of who you're feeding your data to by using either app. i don't trust bluesky but notably they're not owned by elon musk which is a huge difference idk
