I started doing chores w my parents when I was small (cooking + cleaning) w no expectation of being good at it. Dried dishes, mopped floors, did my laundry, packed my lunch, + took care of cats by middle school (+ help as needed)
High school summers I had to clean the whole house + mow the lawn 😩

When journalists and lawmakers talk about training with regard to ICE/CBP all it does is put the focus on individuals, making violent acts seem like outliers. But that ignores the fact that these are inherently violent agencies.
