The magical times of mystery tours. Tepid tea and a soggy sandwich on a wet and cold day. They used to write songs about such things! Then someone invented the package holiday to Spain. Oh well.
This pic and 11 others in my 2025 Kirkcaldy calendar. £14. Message me if you would like one!😀

The long gone bandstand that used to grace Beveridge Park, Kirkcaldy, Fife. The arrival of the monkey and organ grinder was the beginning of the end for these wonderful pieces of architecture. Now Alexa does it all. This pic from my 2025 Kirkcaldy calendar.

Another slightly made up history of Edwardian golf courses in Fife, Scotland. This was the mythical par 35+ to the Isle of May. At 9258 yards, it was quite a shot.

Hello, and welcome to another slightly made up picture of the past. Today features Edwardian golfers and an early form of golf cart-complete with chauffeur in the days when class was everything..

Pic for today. Methil train station, Methil, Fife, Scotland. This is a survivor from the golden age of steam. Dirty, smelly, and with everything covered in coal soot, it was the golden age of steam!😀
A4 acrylic pic. Original and prints available.

Hello everyone. Here’s my first post of a vintage three wheel ice cream van, after having been hijacked by an odd bunch of various animals. I also paint and sell many others. Commissions considered as well😀
