The Social Security Administration has already cut 7,000 jobs.

As a result, its website is crashing. Phone lines are overwhelmed. Beneficiaries can't get service.

What is DOGE recommending now? More layoffs.

Let it be known that Trump is effectively cutting Social Security.

We have overcome near-death experiences before.

We shall overcome this one too. Not by denying we are in a constitutional crisis.

We are.

But we can and will prevail if we face the truth unflinchingly and never abandon the long twilight struggle against evil.

They're called public records for a reason. Starting today, WIRED will *stop paywalling* articles that are primarily based on public records obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, becoming the first publication to partner with @freedom.press to offer this for our new coverage.
Wired is dropping paywalls for FOIA-based reporting. Others should follow
As the administration does its best to hide public records from the public, Wired magazine is stepping up to help stem the secrecy

DOGE is a scam. If Trump wanted to target government waste, he wouldn't fire inspectors general, and he would beef up the Govt Accountability Office, which found $70 Billion in savings last year and $2 Trillion in waste since 2003.

Bitcoin isn’t just about sovereign individuals, which is very important!

It’s also embraces the philosophy of Ubuntu - I am; therefore, we are. Together, better and permissionless money, for humanity. Strength in numbers.

Sovereign communities and tribes ✊🏻
When you use bitcoin, you're not just empowering yourself. You're joining a network, and empowering others who use it too. All this without the permission or cooperation of authorities.

Wow, left twitter to get away from constant toxic politic, and find nothing but "I don't understand #Bitcoin, but you're wrong about it, it's stupid, and it's a societal negative" toxicity here. Crazy world.
