Republicans can lie on camera to everyone's face because American media just lets them do it. This is one of the reasons most people don't know what's going on.

No pushback. No follow up questions. Zero curiosity. They just repeat whatever the GOP say and move on. End of story.

I'm seeing people post disappointment with the last Peacemaker episode. I don't know if Episode 8 was disappointing so much as anticlimactic. The real payoff was in episode 7. Episode 8 didn't hold a candle to episode 7 in terms of drama.

Canada's job market rebounded with a surprising gain of 60,400 jobs in the latest report, far exceeding the forecast of 5k and recovering from a previous loss of 65,500.
For contrast, the latest U.S. nonfarm payrolls report showed a gain of 22,000 jobs in August.
