We are at a different moment in the United States that requires new analyses of anti-Black racism, the malleability of democracy for racial tyranny, and the structure of American government. The old language, supposing that liberalism can stave off or protect racial minorities, is no longer useful.

The Wholesome "Hellhole" of Abolition

John Percial Parker was a Black man who used his riches to put his own life in danger and save those less fortunate than himself. Our "Black Excellence" demographic could learn a lot from studying his actions. The prosperity of a select few is not the liberation of a people.
