Just to confuse you (oraybe aid your search?), I think originally (pre-release), TFX was called Inferno, and Inferno was known as Odyssey. 🤷

I loved BoP mainly because you could fly an SR-71 in it. Speeds in excess of Mach 3 at like 90,000 feet. Even it was at 3FPS! 🤣

There was another space-themed game called Odyssey I think, around the same time as TFX. I remember there being a thing on Bad Influence about it featuring the band who provided the soundtrack for it, Alien Sex Fiend. Or ASF as they were known on CITV.

I did get to play it on PC a few years later and it was decent. I was hugely into flight sims at the time; Birds of Prey was great with so many planes to fly, Fighter Bomber, F29 Retaliator and my fav F/A-18 Interceptor. 👌

I wanted this game SO EFFING BAD! I ordered it from one of those mail order things, Great Universal or somewhere and basically never got it, despite them once telling me it was out for delivery on the van. Which it couldn't have been cos unknown to me at the time, it hasn't been released. 🤬
