Just been given 4 tickets to Wembley on Saturday with full hospitality from the FA in the FA lounge for the England ladies match (through the Cancer club). Great present for me and the grandkids

Looking back Facebook 4 years ago I was getting the old ‘finger’ exam as part of the early tests but they found ‘nowt’. It was only subsequent PSA testing & biopsies (followed by scans etc) that found stage 4 stuff. If only (how many times have we used that phrase) I had received a PSA test earlier

My attendance record in the European Parliament was the 4th worst out of 751 MEPs, yet I managed to turn up to vote AGAINST plans to tackle Russian misinformation.

Bucket list - me and Mrs S thinking of a few ideas for 2026 (assuming I can still do stuff - and obviously still around :-) ). Looking for a few ideas, we done a fair few things but there is still plenty of space - ideas?

Had readjustment on hol plans (cruise postponed due to cancer jab). So now booked go to Tenerife for a week in a couple of weeks. So diary for next few weeks is out for drinks Wed/ Villa Thurs/ Villa Sun/ Brighton Tue-Thurs/ Villa Sat/ Cancer Jab Mon/ Tenerife Tue - Not bad for Stg4 Cancer fighter
