You can also pin it in front. I also recommend riding a step-through with a chain guard for longer skirts if possible. And you can also wear bike shorts underneath (or heavy tights/leggings in colder weather). I have more issues with wide-legged pants than skirts tbh.

I did once have a skirt blow up and show my knickers to the world—the guy in the car next to me was appreciative. 😬 if there’s enough fabric you can tie a knot, or there’s a trick where you use a coin (or something similar) and a rubber band to weigh it down. bikeaton.com/expert-tips/...
