What an absolutely amazing video about the Tupinambá people of modern-day Brazil. This is the kind of material I'd love to have access to when I had just started working on my campaign setting.

I still need to make an RPG about pre-Cabral Brazil before I die.

Week 1 of #dungeon26 wrapped up yesterday and the new week started with a new adventure location.

I started a blog to spew some words about #ttrpg and world building.
First post is about my favorite house rule for #dnd and how we've iterated on it at the table for the past almost 2 years.

A pause from political rage posting to appreciate this piece of art I came home to for my upcoming adventure, Praise Mboikangue!

By @gasparisme.bsky.social

I'm glad we managed to squeeze an anteaterfolk in the adventure even though they are not part of the adventure.

My notes on Trump's claim that to make up for corporate losses after Venezuela nationalised oil in the 70s, the US gets to take all of the oil reserves. Trump doesn't need democratic excuses for regime change anymore. All it takes is for a US corporation to have lost a dime due to nationalisation.

I have never seen anything more impotent than the EU right now. The US just invaded a nation for its own financial benefit, murdered dozens, disappeared the de facto leader, claimed governance and the oil - and has openly said Greenland is next, and our leaders are here going "oh well yeah haha"

Very excited to watch the UN and NATO and that ever-disgusting Rutte try to weakly explain why the US can freely invade a nation and kidnap the leader of a nation simply because it doesn't benefit the US that the sovereign leader doesn't like them.

You guys have been the bad guys repeatedly since the end of WWII. Stop pretending that the US is only acting this way now that Trump is president, because it's not true. No one besides you believes this bullshit.
Remember how appalled we all were in 2022 when Russia completely unprovoked attacked Ukraine? That is what we’re doing tonight with Venezuela. We are the bad guys here. Everyone who supports this is supporting unprovoked murder. Fuck every last one of them

Isn't it batshit crazy that the American government can sponsor genocide in Palestine, bomb Nigeria, invade Venezuela, and yet they can't afford giving the Americans proper healthcare? But hey, at least military stocks are up, and EU keeps cutting budgets to invest in weapons to help the war economy

I'm including a simplified procedure in the adventure for dealing with overland travel which is the next iteration of the Journey system I run in my campaign. One thing led to another and I ended up drawing 9 task icons and this day/night cycle for a handout.

I printed a few copies of the WIP version of my adventure. I'll hand them out to some friends to compel them into playtesting it!

If YOU would like to playtest running it as well, let me know and we can set something up :) It has cultists, betrayal, exploration, and lizards!

I came up with some random dungeon generator tables for my campaign world and now I want to do a #dungeon26 to fill in my notebook of dangerous places to take my friends in make-believe adventures.

It's great when you go from "I have more space in this page!" to "I need a bigger roll table for exploration finds", and suddenly you have a roll table for the historical origin of random dungeons, then you need to really write down what happened 10000 years ago in your setting.

I've been working on making a bootleg/rereading of the classic D&D adventure "Against the Cult of the Reptile God" using some influences from Brazilian folklore.
It got me motivated to start playing with linocut prints to fill up some blank spaces in the layout.
