Our second keynote at #ICFC2025 was James Bury (Interim MD, CoramBAAF, UK), who gave a powerful overview of the care system landscape in England.

He explored pressures from foster care recruitment and retention to post-adoption contact and the challenges of multi-agency collaboration.

Themes ranged from children's rights, migration, surrogacy & blended families to child labour, child development & children's use of time.
