Rwanda could have become an answer for between 4 (0.004%) or up to 300-500 (0.3% - 0.5%) if fully operationalised for a year of the 85,839 asylum cases pending at 30.6 2024 but it would not if introduced had any answer for over 85,339 (99.5%) of those 85,839 cases
