Seriously. It’s not an option. It cannot happen, or so many, including myself, are fucked. I’m disabled on SSDI, way too chronically ill to work, I have no other way to survive.

This. I’ve lost a lot of family, and most of my friends because of this mindset. I’ve had to start so many new friendships and lose them repeatedly because people eventually stop taking precautions. It’s repeated heartbreak for 5 years now.

It is such a good idea to do this. I need to be reminding myself of the good too. That there’s still joy, even if in smaller spaces.
