Battle Network 2 is definitely more popular than 5 and considered by many to be the best in the series.

This article isn't reporting new news, but stuff that had already been said before Dual Override had even been announced. I went around pointing this out to people at the time when they were cheering this post. It's "AI for me, not for thee".

This isn't actually new news. We've known about this since before Dual Override was even announced. People were just quick to give Capcom unearned praise for the contest.

Mega Man & Bass definitely has it, at least. And so does Mega Man Network Transmission, which isn't a classic game, but they knew what needed to be copied.

They already were. AIs were already scraping Wikipedia for free (more than doubling their server use) and because of what Wikipedia is, there was no legal recourse to actually stop them from doing so. At least this keeps AI from killing the site altogether

As seen in Alberta recently, these laws are unfortunately subject to our charter's notwithstanding clause. Meaning it's only protected until literally anyone in charge decides it isn't.

The thing that's really cute about the Japanese title is the second Rockman on the title screen actually changes to the name of the last character you played as. So you could have "Rockman Cutman", "Rockman Elecman", "Rockman Roll-chan", "Rockman Blues", etc.

I've never seen someone share my rankings for the top 3 NES Mega Man games before now.

It has its own story, but unlike the World games, it does reuse levels (not just bosses) 1:1 from the SNES games, so it's kind of a demake.
