Zero 4 complete. I have now played through and completed 25 different Mega Man games since the announcement of Dual Override just over a month ago. Pretty good number to end off on ahead of me leaving on vacation.

From a fresh save, this is how long it takes to grind for the Saber quick charge at the start of Zero 1. Only six minutes of actual grinding (takes two minutes to do the intro stage and get to the grind spot) and totally worth it.

So one of the major complaints of the first Mega Man ZX that Advent gets a lot of praise for fixing was the map. Compared to its predecessor, it's a lot easier to find where you need to go. But I feel like almost no one ever talks about how a big part of that was the game largely abandoning (1/3)

I've beaten Mega Man ZX on Hard for the first time! It proved to be an exciting challenge, but I do think I'll be sticking to Normal for my futures playthroughs.

One of the things I love about Network Transmission is they tried their best to have viruses be the enemies, but there were points where they wanted specific Classic enemies without good counterparts and so they just used them unaltered. I don't even get the Big Eye when they previously used Quake.

Following my grand marathon of classic Mega Man, here is my current ranking of the games:
9>3>7>6>11>W5>W4>10>4>1>2>&B>W1>5>PU>W3>W2>8
Only real changes from the last time I ranked them is World 3 nudging ahead of World 2 and Mega Man 4 jumping ahead several spaces. Used to have it down by 5.

And with Powered Up cleared I think I'm done with my revisit of classic Mega Man. Probably gonna play some other Mega Man now cause I am far from feeling done with the Blue Bomber, but it will be more random than this organized marathon.

Mega Man & Bass beat! While the game is definitely more enjoyable as Bass, it still proves to be a wonderful time as Rock. This is, in my mind, the better Mega Man 8 and I love it.

World 4 is probably one of the most underrated games in the series. It's almost as good as World 5 and better than the NES games it pulled from, but because it did pull from NES games, people say to just ignore it.
