Technically you're probably right (though, TBH, do you really know they are feds? Do they identify themselves?)

I was commenting not on the technicalities, but on the language.

These people are traitors, first & foremost.

And they definitely don't deserve the honor of being called federal agents.

The sad thing is the American people don't understand that once we can do this against one American, we can do this against all Americans, including them and their families.

Americans simply don't understand what democracy means.
