Trump posts that Sen. Blumenthal “should be allowed to speak no longer”
Sanctimonious Richard “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal, perhaps the biggest “joke” in the United States Senate, is at it again! “Dick” lied until the midpoint of his political career, convincing everyone, in particular the Fake News Media, that he was a great “War Hero” who lived on the precipice of death in the jungles of Vietnam. He would talk about his life in the military in almost every speech, in particular the death defying dangers he faced in his many years “fight for freedom” while in Vietnam. He stated that “the battles were violent and long, but there was no going back” - And then it happened, Blumenthal was found out to be a FRAUD. The soldiers in his so-called “platoon” came forward and said that they had no idea who this guy was. He was revealed, broke down and admitted, tears flowing from his eyes, that he LIED, a Whopper, one that lasted 20 year. This guy shouldn’t even be in the U.S. Senate. It should be investigated, and Justice should be sought. Right now there is a Congressman sitting in prison for lying about his past during a campaign. Well, those lies were nothing compared to those of Richard “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal, perhaps the greatest phony in the history of the United States Senate. He should be allowed to speak no longer!

4th Cir. holds it was no prejudicial error for jury to consider evidence of Nazi memorabilia possessed by a man accused of racially motivated assaults on a Mexican-American man and a black man, particularly after defendant mentioned his collection on the stand.

This case, however, is about hate crimes, not hate speech. Violent physical assaults
are “not by any stretch of the imagination expressive conduct protected by the First
Amendment.” Wisconsin v. Mitchell, 508 U.S. 476, 484 (1993). And it is well established
that Congress may account for racially discriminatory motives when penalizing criminal
conduct, as it did in the hate crimes laws at issue here. See id. at 487–88 (upholding a law
that imposed enhanced penalties for crimes committed “because of” race). While Hudak
was entitled to possess despicable Nazi symbols, the jury was entitled to consider that fact
when deciding whether he assaulted J.D. and J.S. because of their race, color, and national
origin.
How much meaning to assign the Nazi memorabilia was ultimately a question of
weight, not admissibility. But we see no abuse of discretion in the district court’s
conclusion that Hudak “opened the door to it[],” regardless of whether it would initially
have been admissible. Birchette, 908 F.3d at 61.

At Bondi hearing, Sen. Josh Hawley calls the pulling of phone toll records "tapping," which is an entirely different thing. You can't "tap" phone calls from 2021 in 2023, you can just look at what numbers they called.

You can't raid and arrest everyone in an entire apartment building, or even legitimately get a warrant to do that, any more than you could for a whole neighborhood. That would be a general warrant. This is the most specific core the-British-did-it-to-us thing the Fourth Amendment is written to ban.
