I try to give extra attention to self-care every Monday.
If I don’t the shadow elfs, or “selfs” as I’ve come to call them, get really irritated and steal all my pens throughout the week.

I’ve run a lot of “one-shots” TTRPG sessions and every one that I actually finished in a single session would have been better if I gave it more time.
