Last year I was unemployed and broke. Unsure if I could continue on my own.
So this year I put my all into making my specialty mashed potatoes and crispy topping (credit to Bon Appetit for the concept) to give back. Getting to help feed others made it all the better. And I met some new peeps

I had a great time doing Thanksgiving at The Buzz Mill here in Austin. For 13 years they have catered a full spread, and encouraged potluck additions, to offer free food to the community. It was great seeing so many people fed, especially when things are tough right now & SNAP was just threatened.

And sometimes posts, like my most recent one seen here, literally seem to get blackballed by the algorithm completely. Even with the (presumably) same group of followers that always watch and like, every once in a while a video is just DOA. Regardless of the tags used.

Quite honestly, even similar tags for the same game or gaming clip videos seem to be really inconsistent. Even with 2 months of growth and consistency, the algorithm still works in mysterious ways, y'all.
All in all, though, I still grew 15 subscribers in that time, which isn't nothing
