I had a great time doing Thanksgiving at The Buzz Mill here in Austin. For 13 years they have catered a full spread, and encouraged potluck additions, to offer free food to the community. It was great seeing so many people fed, especially when things are tough right now & SNAP was just threatened.

I have spent 2 hours making potatoes in advance of tomorrow. And still not done as there is a crispy topping to make. But time to cool down outside of the kitchen.

These will heat up nicely tomorrow with a little milk and patience, and be good to go.
