Lmfao the drama level but, I’m hurting and it’s that cold in my room. We have no access to a thermostat, it’s downstairs in a separate unit where they blast it in summer but cut it off when temps drop.

Ok, slept a little and I really have to ignore the continual inward spiraling into crisis right now because I just have too much to do. And I already have to pace that and go slowly because of energy deficits.

In the darkness of my room at 1:45 AM, one could hear the air conditioner even in November, my little fan by my bed, and intermittently, the high pitched wheeze of my exhalation as I try not to burst out laughing.

My kid was nice enough to put in my new shower head so it’s a little easier, since I can’t haul a shower chair up here every time. It’s not exactly a substitution, just rinses better, quicker, more directly to cut the time down.
That helps me not pass out in here, even in cool water w/ window open.
