Accidentally locked myself out of my account for a month. Sorted out a new password just so I can complain that I accidentally bought a print which isn't standard size for UK picture frames. I will have to take it to a framer which won't happen until after the holiday :(

Tax on people who get to front of the queue for the ticket barriers at the station *then* realise they need to find their card or unlock into their phone.
Tax on people who go to lane swimming and then swim very slowly two abreast so they're hard to get round without swimming into people coming the other way, having a bit of a chat
Tax on people who get off an escalator and then immediately stand still to find something about their person

It always confused me that Stephen Gateley's verse in 'No Matter What' is obviously at completely the wrong pitch for him. He was flat every time he sung it. Did they just set it at Ronan's pitch bacause he was the pretty one? #totp

Urgh, John Lewis, please stop using Evri. They didn't bother trying to deliver my parcel today, then said there was nowhere safe to leave it. I was in! Now I have to wait for them to make 2 more delivery attempts when I know I will be out before I can get a refund.

Yet again, I only realised I'd forgotten to stop the walking activity on my watch when I'd travelled a stop on the train. You'd think it'd be able to recognise my maximum walking speed is slower than a train...

Awesome news for the many Geordies in their 30s and 40s who had bit parts. Including my partner (age 46) who appeared in one episode as 'boy standing at bus stop'. He is yet to get over the fact it wasn't a real bus stop!

I am on holiday in Cornwall walking the South West Coastal Path. Despite sun cream etc. I currently resemble a shrimp. Also I just ordered a signed 20th anniversary copy of Stars of CCTV on CD from @banquetrecords.com because the band sent a mail out asking me too. I think the sun has got to me!

Fire alarm in the Youth Hostel went off at 5.50am. We were due to get up at 6.15am anyway, but feeling quite jolted. At least it's warm and dry out.
