Thoughts on how to kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone: Free housing for nurses & teachers. Solves key worker housing crisis & staff crisis. Attracts many people to the profession but allows the intake criteria to be stricter to get the best applicants again. Housing is to be max. 30mins walk from workplace.

With affordable housing scarce, one Connecticut child care center is providing its staff with rent-free homes designed by architecture students. It's part of an effort to improve the quality of life for early childhood educators, without raising tuition costs for parents.

Someone needs to explain to me why wanting clean air in schools is controversial

Especially considering it is affordable, achievable and benefits kids in other ways apart from Covid

Why do so many people clearly hate kids? Cause I can’t see any other reason for arguing against clean air for them
