American bishops, soon: "The Trump administration isn't really always avoiding mistakes in how it's fulfulling its electoral promises regarding illegal migration, but remember, abortion is the preeminent concern for Catholics in the US and should be the foremost issue guiding their votes."

Karin Immergut is a "Trump judge" as well.

Actually, now that I think about it, defending a gunpoint robbery as a joint First and Second Amendment case would be very American.
ilintar.org
Your honor, when I said to the plaintiff "your money or your life" I was just exercising my right to First Amendment protected free speech with a perlocutory force!

(are there people walking on burning water? perhaps, but that's how bad the situation in Portland is right now, the river itself is burning)
ilintar.org
I mean, they should just include something like this, why even bother.
ilintar.org
It's not just threats. A judge's house already went up in flames. I'm dreading the moment when a judge actually falls victim to some MAGA psycho.
ilintar.org
I'm still waiting for that sweet moment when said FAFO reaches the MAGA camp.
ilintar.org
I think it's actually closer to "are you f*cking kidding me?!" at this point.

She's clearly furious with the admin. And rightly so.

Congratulations :) I know how much effort it takes, used to play WoW around this level but I had to stop because it was way too time-consuming :/ Managed to get one Cutting Edge at least :>

I mean, the very quote they used explicitly says "The Lord". Not "The State Secret Police". This is simply blasphemy.
ilintar.org
The Lord. Not The State. Certainly not The State Secret Police.

"Portland is burning to the ground".

Meanwhile, FIRMS map on Portland (the one red dot is the one active fire registered).

Or they expand outwards, i.e. wage wars to get new outgroups. Trump has already signalled the will to do this with Canadians.

Under normal circumstances, media would be reporting this as a complete repudiation of the government's lies. A Trump-appointed (!) judge, showing no signs of any bias in the TRO hearing, after careful review, puts out a scathing takedown of the government's position.
ilintar.org
Did he explain why Trump appointed yet another far-left judge?

Kavanaugh should be forced to take a guided tour.
ilintar.org
Yeah, why doesn't Abbott pursue those parents for "torturing and mutilating their children"?

Once a psychopath, always a psychopath.

""How about you live in the apartment next-door to the Tren de Aragua members that are trafficking prostitution, guns, drugs and taking advantage of American citizens in a violent way," Bovino said."

Damn, I missed the moment where living next-door to someone deprived you of all rights.
ilintar.org
(obviously, the "foreign financing" ban will not apply to crypto money dumps for Trump's allies)
ilintar.org
Oh, cool. You know what's going to come next after you relocate outside the US? A law / executive order / whatever barring "foreign financing" :)

This has been honestly played too many times before...
ilintar.org
Oh, of course there's the other control side of abortion. It traces back to the infamous American eugenics, sponsoring abortions for "inferior social groups". Now revived in an economic version, as a means to avoid the workforce going on those pesky maternity leaves.

I know Pope Leo is hardly someone who can be counted as a fan of the current right-wing US establishment, but people who have been viciously attacked by the so-called "pro-life" movement are understandably skeptical of the very term.
