My friend who works in a middle school (6-8th grade) has told me there are kids who don't know how to spell their own names, and who don't know their own home addresses.
Y'all need to fucking do better. Don't have children if you're not willing to teach them basic shit. Unbelievable.

Not allowing WFH for jobs that can is bad enough.
Taking away WFH for people who've had it for years is just completely fucked up.
It's one thing if you're not *actually working* while home, but the majority of people perform the same or better at home. That has been proven.

Working over 40 hrs a week isn't a flex. It's sad. Your family misses you. Your kids would rather have you at their sports games or recitals or plays or whatever.
