There’s where I went wrong 😵‍💫 I’m going to try that starting tonight.

So my Nizoral is a selenium sulfide shampoo. I should use it more than once a month! 😆

I should check into this type of shampoo. I get so much scaling & scabbing and I make it worse because I’m a picker! Don’t have itchy scalp, thankfully.

I skip shampooing all the time. My old hairdresser recommended keeping the chemical impact of my dyed tresses to a minimum.

Have you tried dry shampoo? I have to use it on my bangs when I don’t wash because otherwise they look unruly.

Can the Nobel committee strip her of the award?

I met a nutritionist this week and we were discussing what made me successful w/ WW in the past. (Community.) It reminded me how much I loved using the Peloton app: when you’re high on endorphins, the instructor starts pelting positive affirmations at you and it’s THE BEST!
