At the end of last year, @bigissue.com reported on three deaths related to a new synthetic opioid that had emerged - cychlorphine - and asked why local warnings and public information had been delayed getting to frontline services.

The arrested women had to be unhancuffed to adminster potentially life saving firsr aid to one of the ICE crew who arrested them. Only to be re-shackled as emergency services arrived. These people helped because they saw a Human being in distress.

A year ago or so. I decided to disengage from people who seemed to play Devil's Advocate for Trump. The energy levels needed were unsustainable in trying to counter their toxic arguments , that he was a down to earth advocate for blue collar 'America'. I hope they now realise how dangeeous he is.

Sometimes you've just got to say fuck it . I tried my best but there are darker forces out there and they're winnning. That's not to give up but to turn to the light and recharge , to find ways to self care and coregulate through music , art with friendly faces.

Uk censorship laws will stop kids getting any harm reduction information re drugs & alcohol. But will it stop Media celebrities including ex Royal family correspondent/ national news presenters abusing /accessing images of children being abused. Will it stop kids drug running. No Satan is in charge
