Congress has a critical government funding deadline on January 30th. It’s up to them to use it for good. Send an email to demand accountability and oppose additional funding for DHS without safeguards that rein in ICE’s violence and lawlessness:

To mobilize the National Guard, Trump cited 10 U.S.C. 12406, which authorizes the president to do so when the U.S. faces foreign invasion or rebellion or when he cannot otherwise execute the laws. This is NOT such an occasion. So today’s coup is manifestly illegal and must be stopped judicially.
