That said it's fine for like still assets like statues or for 3d printing. 3D printing people would still need to tesselate it so that it can be 3d printed or else it'll come out blocky(unless thats the kind of effect they want)

They could do what Blender did and give the option for a "Maya Classic" or hotkeys that would help people transition from one program to another until they become more confident with the new layout. It's so unnecessarily bulky and sure you can customize things but that's just an extra step you know?

I believe that but honestly the UI in Maya wasn't all that great to begin with. It was just workable and at this point I think they have a hard time switching cause the entire industry uses this interface and it would put a hold/ slow down on a bunch of their productions.

I rigged the Agumon to initially be a mod smash bros but I got super busy I kinda forgot to do the rest of the animations.

Naw I kinda get that, it feels more cathartic since the payoffs are usually a lot more real and believable.
