I keep forgetting bluesky exists because it's not as addictive as tumblr... Tbh, I don't spend much time on tumblr lately either. Writing hasn't been happening. I still exist, though!
This is why fanfiction. The world may be on fire, I may be in too much pain to do shit all about it, but I can still read about my favourite blorbos going on adventures (of whatever rating I choose).

my spouse tried to use that on his phone to make it correctly pronounce my name... but it still refused somehow. 🤦 *and* the speech-to-text won't produce my name no matter what's said.

My favourites: Chili, pulled pork, many kinds of soup... I was doing pulled chicken too for a while, but these days I put two breasts in a bag with oil and spices, freeze raw, and then I have sorta-marinaded chicken that's easy to defrost whenever I buy potatoes and veg (or taco veg or...)

If you make a big batch of something and freeze it in ziplock bags, flat, then you get sheets that defrost overnight in the fridge, or in a basin of water in maybe 10-20m. Then you pour it into a bowl and microwave the rest of the way.

Keep in mind that when the recipe says "creamy" peanut butter, it seems to mean the kind with added sugar and other ingredients. Someone in the comments had theirs fall apart, and it sounded like they bought the good PB with just peanuts and salt.
