Dislocate. Separate is a tear of the AC joint and sucks something fierce.

I’ve encouraged certain people to leave. Central AB man…

Don’t forget hurting LGBT people and their allies. That’s a big one. Sadly (and enraging my) have very personal stories on that front.

I wasn’t arguing about the public policy choice, just with the presentation of the cut numbers as somehow catastrophic. I agree with reducing the size of the PS but I’m sure some poor decisions will be made. Reality is that there were more people than needed to serve the PS’ function.

Not really. Harper made some cuts during the recession but the PS still grew under him. The last time the PS was materially reduced was program review under Chrétien/Martin in the mid-90s.

The numbers look bad in a vacuum but the number of federal employees bloated heavily under Trudeau. If Carney’s full 15% (over three years) cut happens, the GoC will still employ more people that it did in 2022.

Became a father about six months into work as an associate. This was 2014, so Pat leave was much more limited and I was effectively told “get back to work” after about a week. Things are much different now (at least in Canada), thank goodness.

And then repeatedly trying to shove Stanley into the bench. Yeah.

Was in person last night and enjoyed the crowd losing its mind. Brady messed with a bigger, tougher guy and ate it. Stanley got a deserved 4 minutes but Brady was responsible for turning a hit into a shoving match.

Slash was non-existent. But the non-call for the obvious boarding evens it out.

Haven’t they swapped in Beaudoin? Would make sense since Beaudoin-Luchanko-Reachny is really struggling

I’ve never understood the lack of a 10-part series based in the French Resistance.

The story of Princip alone would be mesmerizing; true cool and dagger stuff. The Rest of History covered it last summer and it was gripping.

England and Canada fans are nodding furiously as Muir, Bern, and Menin rampage through tackles. Look out for Rory Wood (Cdn) soon as well.
