Jokes aside, I can write a whole talk on how important "shitty" mocks are in the relationship between a creative director and an art director

tbh the fact that it's cold-soluble and doesn't need to be heated is a big plus!! guar gum is also largely produced in india so it is cheaper to buy here
that said i haven't tried using it in recipes yet, so no real opinion yet!
