There is so much that words cannot convey when it comes to Yoga. If we simply rely words to convey the essence we will miss what Yoga truly is. There is no words for non-experiences in practices like Yoga Nidra and Meditation. The more we rely on verbal expressions, the more we dilute what Yoga is.

Are we playing whac-a-mole with Yoga? With some prioritizing asana, others mantra, some others therapy, some philosophy, while some others mediation etc.

It is a body of wisdom and a state achievable with tools as well as without them.

The purpose of Yoga is Yoga.
