So Trump’s Deportation Czar Tom Homan says it’s impossible to dramatically increase deportations with the current funding levels for DHS, so he needs a lot more money from Congress before he can do it. Which is exactly what the bipartisan border bill Trump killed was all about.

Agreed. IF Biden's administration understands the dangers of retaining Elon's contracts, AND they do nothing because trump will just "undo" it, THAT is obeying in advance. Throw sand in the gears. Make trump do his own dirty work. REVOKE his clearance and his contracts.
